Every EzeHealth installation is custom-built for your care home. The setup fee covers configuring the platform to match your workflows, care levels, billing structure, branding and compliance requirements. It also includes data migration from your existing systems, staff onboarding and training, and getting your facility live.
You pay a monthly fee based on the number of active residents in your care home. As residents are admitted or discharged, your billing adjusts. There are no per-user fees for staff: your entire team gets full access. Contact us for a personalised quote.
Facility branding, custom care levels and room types, billing structures matched to how you charge families, custom forms and assessment templates, staff roles and permissions, and reporting configured for your compliance requirements. Whether you run an old age home, frail care facility or dementia care unit, the platform adapts to you.
Subscriptions are month to month after go-live. We would rather earn your renewal every month than lock you in.
Yes. The platform was built and proven in South Africa, but every installation is configured for the home it serves: forms and registers for your country's norms and standards, reports for your inspectors, your privacy law, your currency and your languages. Pricing outside South Africa is quoted in your currency.
