Yes, natively. AVA understands and answers in both English and Afrikaans, and care notes and form submissions can be entered in either language. Additional languages can be configured for homes outside South Africa.

No. AVA finds information, surfaces patterns and flags risks. Care decisions always remain with the nursing team, and every AVA interaction is logged with a full audit trail.

South African clients are hosted on South African servers and the platform is POPIA compliant. For other countries we host in your region and configure for your privacy law. Each facility gets its own isolated database, never mixed with another client's, encrypted at rest and in transit, with automated backups.

The facility does, at all times. Data can be exported, and on termination it is returned in a usable format.
